Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to contact us by phone (609)997-1992 in the first instance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Our orders go through a 3-point check before leaving the warehouse to assure 100% satisfaction. If there are any problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products) Please call us within 7 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
By Day Fashion will NOT accept any returns without a valid authorization (RA) number. Any items(s) purchased at discounted, or closeout deals are final sale, no exception. Customers are fully responsible for any shipping and handling associated with returns and exchanges. We only accept one (1) exchange/return per order. Note (We do not accept any returns on Exchanges) Once we have made an exchange in any particular order At this point this order is considered fulfill and is not eligible for returns no exceptions. We do not accept any returns on hats discounted items or any accessories, these items are final sale.

All refunds back to credit card will be charged a 25% restocking fee, to cover warehouse labor, and the balance will be refunded, shipping is not refundable.
